Impersonal and unhelpful

The reviews here are accurate. No surprise icb does not respond to these reviews. No personal touch, just get overwhelmed with articles you have to read through for answers. Many students have had issues with the online exams and it was not the students fault because they passed the prechecks. Their automated communication is vague and not always clear. Your POE refers to a timetable you need to follow but there is no timetable anywhere on macci. If you miss even the smallest of topics on your POE because of a simple misunderstanding your exam is disqualified even if you had an emergency like another student who had a close family member die. The responses from them on their Facebook reviews are defensive debating and nothing actually stating they want to improve. Talking to them and asking for help is like hitting a brick wall. I'm personally not a fan of them. I prefer a more helpful approach from an organization in the education industry. I will keep using them since they're the only organization that provides accreditation for what I'm studying which really sucks
