ICB Unfair Exam disqualification

ICB disqualifying me from writing my exam after ALL requirements was completed and uploaded. According to them I did not upload my last screenshot.....which I did and they keep on fighting me on this regard. It seems like ICB is just a money making scheme *****ing from their students. Will never recommend them to anybody.
