ICB not willing to help a poor student

I registered for a financial diploma and completed it recently and now had to submit my Thesis to finalise my diploma. Although all payments were made before the final day of submission and me lodging many request asking ICB to help me by activating the online submission before the due date at 13h00 on 09/02/2022. As you can see this was listed on this platform showing ICB had ample time to activate my online submission. We were requesting activation since last week Friday. We tried to phone but they do not have a phone line to discuss issues and all communication have to be done by email which is pathetic for a big institution like this. Now we have to pay for another exam and submit a new Thesis rendering months of research and efforts null and void. This is totally unacceptable, especially after we explained that we do not have the finances to pay for another exam.
