Icb it's a money making institution that doesn't are about its clients

I am an icb student. I have registered for a research paper wich was to be submitted in May this year. Due to the covic19 situation, I could not submit as I needed access to the internet Cafe. Weeks before the deadline I sended icb an email regarding my concerns and as to how can we go about this issue. The lady who responded to my email didn't even bother to explain anythn to me except copied and pasted the news letter that was sended to all icb students explaining that all exams were postponed until further notice except for use who have to submit the research paper. After level 4 was announced I sended emails again with my issue, and we went back and forth with one of their consultants, at some point the guy called me and he said no should have asked for a postponement if I couldn't submit, so I asked him I did send them an email why didn't the person who responded to that email tell me that, because to my understanding I was not even goin to ask for a postponement becouse there is a certain amount that you have to pay if you do. So didn't icb communicate that with their students that become of the situation we were at as a country you can postpone without any charges? And secondly they do know that all business were closed during level 5 why didn't they postpone everything becouse they now so well that other students well have to have access to internet cafes for their research paper?

Icb it's a money Making institutions that doesn't care about its clients. You people are cruel and unhuman, becouse before I wrote this review I through another one's to my surprise icb didn't even bother to respond to many of them.
