ICB bad customer serive

I was suppose to write my exams in november and the institute I registered through ACA in boksburg texted me on the day of the exam to confirm my exam has been cancelled and it will be postponed to Feb 2023. ICB refuses to reschedule my exam date as I have already paid reg and exam fees, they are unrealiable and do not care for the students!!!! even with countless emails and follow ups theres if no feedback or solutions.
