I would give a lower score if I could.

So after months of submitting tests and assignments via LTE connection , the ICB have now informed me that I could not write my exam due to not being on Fiber.

1. I live in an area without fiber (had I been told their courses requires this I would have chosen to continue my studies with a Milpark qualification rather albeit I would have to start from scratch )

2. Where am I supposed to get someone to accommodate me with fiber to write this exam where my safety is guaranteed during covid ?

3. All my colleagues decided to go with Milpark and have written their exams via LTE , I was just the idiot to go with ICB and now they have the audacity to pin this on me and lack of fiber in my area (DID YOU COMMUNICATE THIS IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR ONLINE STUDIES AFTER YU ACKOWLEDGED I WAS STUDYING THROUGH MILPARK AND THEY ONLY OFFER THIS ONLINE BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY ?)

4 . I have studied with UJ and my colleagues are with other institutes that communicate the requirements from the start CLEARLY and not when there is a grievance

5 . I'm waiting for the ICB to communicate where I can write where in their total disregard for my safety and livelihood on a Fibre connection
