I've paid ICB an amount of R930 on 13 Jan 2015.<br> I've been in contact with ICB advising them that I no longer plan on studying Accounting. And I'm currently studying via College SA. <br> I've filled out a \Refund Form"and to date I have not been reimbursed.<br> Patsy had the decency to tell me that \""they dont really do refunds\""????? So howcome do you have a refund process? Really"
