DISSPOINTED

My experience was great until it came to the last module l wrote and passed in Nov 2020.My diploma was sent to a college in JHB and l am based in CPT .l don't understand how because my address on the portal has never had a JHB address and l have never been a college student. My attempts to get this resolved have been fruitless to date, with the ICB trying to shift the blame on me and communication with them has been a nightmare. To add on to this la m not the only whose facing this issue and a few of the students l have spoken too have resorted to going to collect their certificates at their own expense. l too am forced to go to JHB to collect my Diploma .l am so disappointed with ICB and l am glad this happened with my last module.
