Contradicting results

Bad service and contradicting results - i have forwarded my assignments and wrote 2 online test - for the online test you get results immediately - i know i passed my test My assignment was marked and the assessor send me a mail of my marks - and when i went on porthole the system tell me i failed - WHAT IS HAPPENING Since last week i have been sending emails to clear up this error - NOTHING you already stressed if you study and wait for your results - not they playing with you and no one can give you answers - feels like this is a **** to make us pay again to re write exam - and paying them more money - i am deeply disappointed in ICB - I feel i made a mistake using them -
