Can’t reach the ICB

I am really struggling to reach the ICB. I don’t know what to do. I have logged upwards of 6 on their portal which keep being closed without anyone actually coming back to me. Please open your phone lines so that we can speak to someone or have the option of an actual call back. We know there is Covid but I have been begging for assistance since early January.
