Bad treatment, incompetence and lack of control measures.

My wife Tebelo Sejake was supposed to write her business literacy exam today, When she got to the venue at 144 Katherine in Sandton she was told she didn't book the exam, and they asked for her ID then they told her she can write exam with other students. One hour later while she was writing they then told her to stop writing as she didn't not book. While they have checked 1st before letting her writing. After her months of preparing for her exam that happens. She must get her full refund after the treatment they gave her and I wouldn't recommend anyone to study with ICB after this situation.
