All about the money and not the student

I have submitted my research and have done everything they requested from you in the research paper only to be informed that I did not pass the subject with out any explanation as to why. When I asked them to explain what I did wrong they told me to apply for a remark that will cost me a norther R 1,050. So are you ******** the students or are you really trying to help them? Because for everything we must pay extra you never try to assist us from your side.
