A YEAR LATER, NO CERTIFICATES

Fellow students out there, can you assist with info, I would like to report the ICB to a higher authority. They insist on sending certificates to the last college, however their courier company lost mine. I would not recommend this line of study. It is just not worth the frustration of studying, paying fees, passing exams and no certificates to show a year later.
