No Support/Understanding by Admin for unforseen Circumstances
Lack of support for those who are working and studying at the same time. Should you fall sick on a test/exam date (,even if you provide proof). Just know that they will never give you an opportunity to write which is absolutely unfair. Rather consider Milpark
Melissa Knight has no mercy at all - No understanding that unforseen circumstances to happen! Life happens to all of us!

That is not the treatment received from Melissa which makes me realize that I made a huge mistake by choosing this institution. She clearly has no empathy towards students and no understanding to one's individual situation.
I have a few Colleagues who are studying with Milpark and were shocked when I told them about my negative experience with IAS!
Why do you not provide opportunities for students to write assessments if missed due to ill health and there is proof provided!
