Disappointed by the institution of IQ

Good day 1 and all

I'm currently studying trough the INSTITUTE OF QUALITY and this institution is very unprofessional for a government institute they holding back our stipend for 2 months and when I called the in never got much joy...a while later my facilitator advised that work is not handed in where as I submitted in all my work...there have been some other fellow class mates who also called in got no joy...I as a student is very disappointed and will honestly never refer anyone to this institution
