Though it was my first time with instaticket, but I had a good experience with the team. I usually do not book tickets online, rather prefer it to get from anyone in person. But my son asked me to book the tickets online for the Rock on the Lawns Festival, since I was clueless about it, he recommended me to use instaticket. With his help, I completed the procedures, made the payment and received the tickets. But the only thing I felt bad was about waiting outside the stadium for the final confirmation regarding the tickets. Else everything was ok.
