Watched Eben Etzebeth play live but ticket delivery could have been better

I am a big fan of Eben Etzebeth and I always wished for watching him play, on learning that the Stormers had a game in Cape Town while we were on holiday I booked the tickets to the game through Instaticket. I booked tickets with the best view and was very excited to watch my favorite player play live. But I was perplexed as the tickets did not arrive until the day of the match. I tried contacting the help desk but no use. My tickets finally arrived two hours before the game.
