User-Friendly Interface

I booked the tickets for Cape Town Jazz Festival 3 days prior to the event and trust me the experience with instaticket was really good. It was the first time that I booked the ticket and I must say the website is user-friendly and easy to understand. From sharing the personal information until the final payment, everything went smoothly. But I received the tickets late and that made me a bit anxious. Rest everything was good and at the event also I didn’t face any problem.
