Transparent booking procedure

I have booked through a few online websites. Every time I book my tickets, I am asked to pay additional charges that are never specified at the time of booking the tickets. I recently booked South Africa v Sri Lanka Test match Newlands Cape Town from Instaticket. I am totally satisfied with their services. The best part is that I do not need to pay any additional cost. The company is very transparent. I really appreciate this policy.
