Timely Delivery of Tickets

I wanted to attend Jesus Culture concert, so I booked tickets for the event on instaticket. The website is pretty fast and have clear instructions, that needs to be followed while booking the tickets. I believed the tickets are a bit overpriced and the delay in delivery of the ‘instaticket’ eTickets is another very big issue with the instaticket. I booked the tickets on time and after the confirmation I haven’t heard a single word from the website. After contacting the customer care, I got to know that the delay is only due to the large number of booking and nothing else. Later on, I received the tickets on time and I thoroughly enjoyed the event.
