TICKET SHARKS!

We bought tickets for the Rugby 7s in Cape Town and I have a few issues with this Company - the tickets we received had the name Computicket on them - so they just resell what they buy en masse from Computicket - We requested prime seats in the front but the tickets we received had somebody elses name on them and were seated way up at the top. Definitely not worth what we paid for them! We also booked 10 tickets each for two days but only received tickets for one day. - Their after sales service stinks as you cannot phone anybody and all correspondence is via email, so if they don't reply you have no other way of finding out information. I am still waiting for an answer to an email sent on 19 December 2019. - One good thing was that after we (there were 10 people involved) sent urgent emails threatening action we finally received our missing tickets by courier a day before the event and then again they were not what we paid for, not worth what we paid for the tickets and also from Computicket.

What should have been an exciting time for our group of friends who were flying to Cape Town from all over the country turned into a stressful situation filled with uncer*****y over whether we were going to get to the games or not.

It is also impossible to buy from Computicket as their tickets sell out fast to companies like Instaticket that resell them at 3 times more than the price on the ticket!
