It was my first time when I booked tickets online with instaticket for Springboks v All Blacks Rugby match. The website is nice, and it keeps to updated with upcoming event list on the homepage. I booked four tickets and got immediate confirmation via e-mail but after 2- days I haven’t heard from the website. No updates were shared with me related to my shipping and delivery details, I then contacted with the customer care and they assured me that I will receive my tickets on time. I ended up receiving the tickets a month before the match and went to watch the match with my friends. For my side, it’s a thumbs up for instaticket.
