I booked 10 tickets for Cape Town 7s from instaticket. My whole squad was super excited and keeping that in mind I booked the tickets 2 weeks ago to avoid last minute hassles. The procedure to book the tickets was easy and explained nicely but after that, the things became a little chaotic as my tickets were not delivered on time. On the day of the event, our seats were not together, four of my friends were given different seats on the other aisle and similar is the case with the rest. But the instaticket representatives who were there at the event helped me and resolved the issue immediately. The experience was good, and we enjoyed the event thoroughly.
