Status is still "processing" after 3 months - Cannot resell tickets

I have been in contact with instaticket after purchasing my tickets on the 11 December 2018. I realised this and sent them a notification off their website to say as such on the 14 December. I did not get a response. I am unable to attend the concert and have been informed that I will not get a refund. (my brother in getting married). Their suggestion is that I resell the tickets. The thing is my tickets still show as "processing" and I am unable to resell the tickets. It takes over two weeks to get a response. I am terribly frustrated as the tickets cost me almost R7500 which is not a trivial amount.
