My friend, I decided to go for The Cure concert happening in Cape Town. One of my friends suggested to book the tickets online on Instaticket, at first, I was a little unsure about the security payment and hidden charges also about the return policy. My friend convinced me, and we booked the ticket online. Instaticket offers a website view of the venue from where you can choose your desired ticket section. But they sent us a different section, it was annoying and we kind of got disappointed also with the kind of service they provided so we did complain and they offered to replace the tickets but it was a bit late so we left it.
