Never use the service of Instaticket.
We bought tickets for Monster Jam, Cape Town through them and on the day of the event they sent an email stating that we have been refunded. They gave no excuse whatsoever. We are extremely disappointed as we were so excited to attend the event and, because they only let us know a few hours before the event, we do not have a backup plan as all other ticket vendors are sold out.
This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend using them. I even sent a few emails, but they do not even have the decency to reply to any emails sent.
We are so sad that we cannot attend the event and they cannot even give a reason why tickets were cancelled.
