Not a Great Experience

I didn’t really feel satisfied with instaticket for comparatively way too much for the Cape Town Jazz Festival 2019. My friend recommended me to use instaticket, but I guess it wasn’t a great deal. Although the procedure didn’t take time, the prices were high and that made me a bit annoyed. They promised to deliver the tickets instantly, but unfortunately, that was also delayed from their end. I called the customer care and then the issue got resolved. I got the tickets and rest everything was ok.
