Instaticket

I bought tickets from instaticket on the 23rd of June for the rugby 7s in Capetown and paid R11970 for 6 tickets.When the tickets arrived a week later than promised in November ,it was from computicket and combined price was R4350. What happened to the R7620.They never answer e mails nor is there a contact number to *** this is a ****!!!
