I waited for Cape Town 7s like anything, the minute I got to know about the event I immediately booked the tickets on instaticket. The website is easy to operate, and I chose the desired seating plan near the stage with the help of the seating arrangement map given on the website. I have used instaticket before also, I love how they inform about everything with an e-mail, from your booking confirmation to your shipping details. The only thing I don’t like is the delayed delivery standard but this is not something they can change as the tickets are printed by SARU very late. It was mentioned that I will be getting my tickets 2 weeks before the event but received just 7 days before because of a courier issue. Otherwise, the website is nice and easy to use.
