I received my tickets. They are legit but dont reply to emails!

My 7's Rugby tickets were delivered. I can confirm that I have them. Instaticket never rep**** to any of my emails but I received the tickets by courier, so it seems they are in fact legit, albeit very bad at customer relations and feedback!
