Great Customer Service

I purchased tickets from Instaticket for the Cape Town Sevens back in December. Travelling from Aus made me nervous as I wasn't sure if I would receive the correct tickets however from the beginning it was a smooth transaction and I received great advice and help from a guy called Frans. We were in the hospitality box which definitely added to a memorable experience. I am back in Cape Town this Christmas and will be booking my Sevens tickets through Instaticket again. Cheers.
