Good Customer Service for Stormers ticket delivery

I and my wife are big, The Bulls fans but due to my busy schedule, I forgot to book the tickets for The Stormers vs The Bulls match. Computicket was offline for 2 days before the event and my friend recommended using Instaticket, we booked tickets and they contacted us straight away to arrange delivery with a courier which was included in the price of the ticket, good service. I constantly was in touch with the customer service as I was new to the platform and was not sure whether I get the tickets on time or not.
