Good Customer service but bad management

I have been booking tickets from instaticket from quite a long time. The website is good and believes in providing maximum satisfaction to the customer. The only problem I faced is on the day of the event when my seats were swapped with other people for no reason. I booked different seats but due to overcrowd the seats were poorly managed and I end up getting wrong seats. When I raised the issue with the concerned people they immediately came for resolving the issue and gave me better seat. All and all the experience was good and up to the mark.
