‘First-Time Discount’ Privilege

It was my father’s birthday and I decided to take him to the Cape Town Jazz festival as he loves Jazz music. I booked 2 tickets and it took me a lifetime as the process was slow and tiring, even at the time of final payment the website crashed twice. If I eliminate these factors, the overall experience I had with instaticket was good, though the tickets were a little expensive, I managed to get ‘first purchase discount’ which help me save my money. Also, the hardcopy of my tickets delivered on time and the customer care guys were supportive too.
