Don’t Trust the Delivery Standards

Instaticket is customer-friendly platform and the website is to use. I have booked four tickets for The Cure concert that happened in Cape Town. Trust me, my kids were really happy and excited about the event, but everything was a little panicking as I got the tickets just a day before the event. I was in constant touch with the customer support service and they kept on saying the same thing for over 100 times. I kept on getting the messages regarding the confirmation of the tickets but received the actual ticket a day before the booking which is quite irritating for me.
