Does anyone know where the office is so we can get the police involved?

I purchased 2 expensive tickets to Day 1 of the cricket at Newlands. The money has been taken from my account yet the order is still “processing” online. I have questioned multiple times to them via their website and direct to Adam Jenkins the Manager on LinkedIn but haven’t had a response to any of my emails. Does anyone know where the office is so I can visit with Cape Town Police?
