Blatant ********!!!

I am afraid one star is much too much to rate these *******! On the 27th of June, I paid R2850 for 3 tickets South Africa v England 3rd T20 in Centurion (16th February 2020) for my friends visiting from Britain. On the 27th of November, I got an e-mail from Francois Van Maas (Customer Support Specialist, hahaha!) assuring that tickets would be delivered on time. Needless to say, they never arrived... to the bitter disappointment of my friends. Instaticket never rep**** to my 3 e-mails and there is no phone number to contact them. The most surprising thing is they keep operating with impunity and *****ing in broad daylight. Disgusting that they use "Proudly South African" logo!
