All is well that ends well

I am a Brumbies fan and was dying to attend its match. however, I was unable to get the tickets in time. I browsed through several e-tickets portals, looked for the tickets through agents, but failed miserably. I finally came across instaticket. Since it was my first time booking my tickets through the portal, I received first time discount. However, due to the last-minute booking, I did not get the best view seats. By the time the game day arrived, I did not have my tickets in my hand as it was promised. I complained at the help desk, when I was told that an executive would be present at the stadium with the tickets. I finally managed to watch the game.
