Want to cancel contract / product

I am struggling with Instastock since last year to reverse all my monies that was deducted from my credit card. In the beginning the stock broker did paint a nice picture and bamboozled me into this money making business but it did not happened as he portrait it to be all the pros and cons was not made known to me and now I want out of this **** thing, but to date no avail. I am calling them to their offices but they don't pick up I send Jaco the person in charge he does not respond to me they just keep on not responding. there was only a once off training and after that I was on my own I was asking for help but no one did respond until recently they conveyed to me when I was at their offices they revealed to me that when you need assistance it will be a call out fee of R350 that was not explained to me in the beginning, how many times did I try to contact them I left messages on jaco's Whatsapp but he just don't reply back or explained what will be the way forward. I need urgently help please I want my money back that is all that I want ....I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY THAT JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!!! I started with them on the 25th of March 2015. <br>
