Pay my money back

After I was very subtly pushed to subscribe to this company, I initially filed a cancellation, but after the consultant made numerous promises and confirmed that after the six months I would be refunded should I so wish, I decided to continue. Those promises were never met. <br> I did not make the 40% return on the portfolio on the simulation programme in order to go active, hence I requested a refund on the software purchased by completing the application forms. That was done and received by Instastocx on 26 March 2015. The receipt thereof was confirmed by the guy who installed the software on my computer. <br> I haven't heard from anybody since.<br> All inquiry emails thereafter were totally ignored, although I received receipt/delivery emails. <br> A phone call twice deliver no result. <br> An online query with a response of someone calling me never happened. <br> I want my money refunded straightaway. <br> <br> <br>
