<p>The sales pitch is slick but seriously lacking in real information. The contracts are a waste of time and paper. I received very little in the way of promised information with the excuse the market was volatile. In my contract it states all fees are included for 12 months but they still processed debit orders for a year with no authorisation. Neither my bank, ABSA, nor Unicapital group to whom the payments are made, nor Sage, who processed the payments care in the slightest that I did not authorise the deductions. Now Instastocx ignores all my corresspondence and puts the phone down when I call them.</p>
