Suspended of accounts

I did register account with instapay for my business ,so as a business women l did get approved for account but when its time to withdraw my money on instapay they suspended my account its been two years now ,they even contacted me by email so l give them everything they ask for but still my account is blocked with money inside the money for customer now the customer are not happy with me because l end up not delivering there products that's they ordered
