R500 Voucher Vanished — ATM says "Voucher has been Redeemed!?"

I recently made a withdrawal to Instant Money for R500, but when I try to redeem it - it says voucher used. I try to contact Autoserv/InstantMoney but it just eats through R100 of airtime in about 7 minutes holding for assistance when I call.

Honestly this error is time costly because it takes a second for the ATM to reject itnd claim its "used/redeemed" and now my money takes days to return? Can someone assist me please.
