On Saturday I have won the money, I did cash out though Standard instant money

On Saturday I have won the money, I did cash out though Standard instant money. On 18th August Sunday I went collect it at ATM, I put in my pin code and voucher number ,the machine says the money withdrawn,I would like they shouldn't send us the pin ,we will create our own pin
