Instant money not instant at all

<p>Yesterday my brother sent me money I needed to use it yesterday already, I still havent been able to access the money because the sms showing voucher number has not been sent, I called yesterday and spoke to Wayne who promised to escalate the matter but until now nothing happened. I called again today spoke to a lady Karin who also said the matter will e escalated, transfered my call to a guy name Gert who said he was manager. Its been almost 2 days no money.</p>
