Work Disability Claim - *********** Assessor

I'm beyond frustrated trying to sort out my husband's Work Disability Claim - Policy No: 202605. The Assessor, Sibongile Sibeko, sent me a Claims Requirement Letter today stating that they need more documentation without reviewing the latests documents I sent on 16 Feb '24, and again today.! The letter was written based on the documents submitted in 2023.

The documents I submitted 16 Feb includes a letter from his Neurosurgeon stating that he is permanently disabled and unable to ever return to work, along with a letter from his employer stating that he has been medically boarded. Not to mention pages and pages of medical reports.

This is extremely frustrating as a caregiver to my husband who is disabled and still working full-time with 2 kids.

I want this claim handled and settled!
