<p>So i recently got myself the instant life policy. And they said i will get a FitBit device after the first premuim. Days went by and i did not receive any communication from them, until i sent them an email and which they didnt reply, i had to call them and thats when they told me i will get the device within 7 days. Now 8 days later, i still havent received the device and there have been no communication from Instant life, when i called them they say i will get the device within 7 days AGAIN!! im starting to doubt if i will ever this device, and if i made the right choice taking the life policy from them. you can only imagine how long they will take with claims, if this is how long they take with these kind of small matters. Not impressed at all!!!</p>
