Trust fund not paying my daughter's school fees

I have my daughter's trust changed to Absa Bank after my husband has passed on. I have been trying to get them to pay the school as I'm getting demanding letters from the school and nothing is being done about it. Since January up to now, I am sending emails, because you cannot even get hold of them via the phone. Nothing is being done, I am not going towards the end of March and still nothing is being done and the school keeps sending me letters of demand. It is very frustrating to be dealing with such.
