Stop escalating my benefits by 5% annually
In 2014 and 2015 I received notifications that you guys have increased my benefit payout by 5%
(in addition to the yearly premium increase).
On both occasions I informed you to reverse the 5% increase and to stop the annual escalations.

On 6 Feb 2016 I received a 3rd annual notification that you have again increased my benefits by 5%. I wrote you a mail on 7 Feb (1 day later) to request you reverse the increase.

On 23 Mar (6 weeks later) I received my new debit order notification and it includes the same amount quoted on 6 Feb which includes the 5% benefit escalation.

According to your own policy wording:
\Choosing not to accept the automatic increase this year will not affect your entitlement to accept future increases unless you specifically advise us to cancel all future increases or if this is the second time you have chosen not to accept the increase.\"

Both of these have occurred, i.e. I have told you twice (actually now 3 times) to stop all future increases and I have also told you twice (also now 3 times) to reverse the current increases.

I have written another mail this morning and this complaint. My next action is to find another life insurance provider."
