Review for Mesiya

For the first time I'm not complaining, I've always wanted to be assisted by someone who customer services like i do or used to , as someone that has worked at a call centre i do understand that it can be a draining job however if you love what you do its always a pleasure assisting a client ,today i phoned absa customer services and the first 2 consultant that assisted me were not very helpful one was just silence on the call and when i said hi they then started to talk and introduce themselves i phoned again and i was through to MESIYA oh what a lovely lady she was excellent and the call did not take long she was very helpful ,she was asking perfect questions so that she can understand my query perfectly without assuming the reason for my call ,she was able to resolve my query within 8 minutes she made my day i really hope@absa can hire more agents who will deliver top notch service she deserves a 10/10 minus nothing #clock it!.
